Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted with the meanings described below:

• "Platform" — The taka56 website, mobile site, and all associated services.
• "User" / "You" — Any person who has registered on or is using the taka56 platform.
• "Account" — A registered user's personal gaming account on taka56.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds held in a user's account (combining real money and bonus funds).
• "Bonus" — A promotional offer or reward given by taka56.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition of placing bets a specified number of times before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the taka56 platform, the user must be 21 years of age or older. You will be required to provide your correct date of birth at the time of account registration. taka56 may at any time request a valid identity document for age verification.

2.2 One Account Only

Only one account per person is permitted on taka56. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and the balance held in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If false or incorrect information is provided, taka56 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised access.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on taka56 is ৳300. We currently accept payments via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Once a deposit is successful, it is generally credited to your account immediately.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The exact time for a withdrawal to complete depends on the payment method.

• The payment method used for withdrawal must be consistent with the method used at the time of deposit.
• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests will not be approved if bonus wagering requirements have not been completed.
• taka56 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is found to be fraudulent or dishonest, taka56 will be entitled to cancel that transaction and close the associated account.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will receive a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Likewise, a deposit of ৳32,000 will receive a bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times (10x) before it can be withdrawn. Example: if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system will result in account cancellation.
• If multiple accounts from the same device or IP address claim bonuses, all bonuses will be cancelled.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

taka56 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Our games are developed and tested by reliable software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others).

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Playing using bots or automated software.
• Colluding with other players to operate games.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw in the platform.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a server outage, loss of internet connection, or any other technical reason, taka56 will attempt to void that round and return the wagered amount. However, the final decision on this matter will be at taka56's sole discretion.

VIP Program and Cashback

The taka56 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's active participation. taka56 reserves the right to change cashback terms and users will be notified if any changes are made.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by taka56

taka56 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Creating an account with false or incorrect information.
• Operation of an account by a minor.
• If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found.

7.2 Closure by the User

You may at any time request the closure of your account through our support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to bonus terms being met).

Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. taka56 uses SSL encryption to protect your information. Your personal information is not sold to any third party without your consent, though exceptions may apply where required by law.

Responsible Gaming

In any circumstance, taka56's maximum liability in relation to any specific incident will be limited to the amount of funds you have deposited.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve any issue fairly and promptly.

• After a complaint is submitted, we will review it as soon as possible.
• Our decisions may be appealed, but the final decision rests with taka56 management.
• In disputes relating to game outcomes, the game provider's logs and records will be considered conclusive evidence.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the taka56 platform — logos, designs, text, software, and media — is protected by the intellectual property rights of taka56 or its authorised partners. No content may be reused or distributed without prior permission.

Changes to Terms

taka56 may partially or fully amend these Terms at any time for reasonable cause. Users will be given as much advance notice as possible for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
